From the very beginning, visual and digital experiences were my native language, and the customer was the narrative I strived to understand and craft with precision. My career journey began in the realm of print design and brand identity, where I learned that every color holds emotion and every line conveys a message. These early years taught me that design isn’t just art—it’s communication.
As technology evolved, so did my direction. I transitioned into the digital world, joining major educational and public sector institutions where I architected user-centric platforms, restructured digital portals, and designed applications that served thousands of users daily. I focused not only on usability and interface aesthetics, but also on data-informed interaction strategies.
Beyond execution, I delved into experience strategy and analysis. I led UX research efforts, mapped user journeys, developed enterprise-grade design systems, and defined performance metrics (KPIs) to align business goals with user expectations. My continuous pursuit of growth led me to global certifications, including the Google UX Design Professional Specialization, advanced UX/UI workshops, data analytics, digital marketing, and I became an Adobe Certified Instructor.
